Alumni of the Marywood Ph.D. program in Strategic Leadership and Administrative Studies (SLAS) will serve as advisors to doctoral candidates at Mohammed V University in Rabat, Morocco, during the Inaugural Moroccan-American Webinar about Global Governance. The focus of the virtual seminar, titled “Is Grand Strategy Dead? Covid-19 and the Future of Global Order,” is for Marywood Ph.D. alumni to help Ph.D students at Mohammed V University to focus their research on the Coronavirus and its implications on global public health.

Marywood doctoral alumni who are participating in the seminar include Stanley Kania, Ph.D., adjunct faculty in Marywood University’s Ph.D. program in Strategic leadership and Administrative Studies; Yerodin Lucas, Ph.D., director of equity and inclusion and Title IX coordinator at Marywood University; Sister Kevin Karimi, LSOSF, Ph.D., research assistant at the African Sister Education Collaborative at Marywood University; Leon John, Ph.D., director of alumni engagement at East Stroudsburg University; Kelley McConnell, Ph.D., director of data and student assessment at Reach Cyber Charter School, Moscow, Pa.; and Kenneth Luck, Ph.D., faculty at SUNY Sullivan, State University of New York.
